Nursery
Nursery was established in 2001 with a
mission to get available good planting material with appropriate
variety of temperate fruit plants with literature and awareness. The
collection of mother plant as approved variety arranged from
recognized agencies, suitable for Indian market and also conformed on
fruiting. After the practice scion has been taken. Care has been taken
for control of disease on nursery. The capacity of the nursery depends
on demand and availability of scion. Following plants has been
preparing in Nursery. & trying to use Organic fertilizer & chemical
not useing chemical fertilizer, pesticide, fungicide.

Apples:-
Royal Delicious ( Starking Delicious)
:- Royal Delicious is mostly grown at a height of 5000 to
7000 ft in India. Fruit size is large, conical, sweet, testy, juicy,
skin yellow covered with red strips all the surface, regular bearing,
plant size vigorous, maturity of fruit starts in the August first
week. Suitable for Indian climate and maximum demandable Indian market
fruit.
Red Delicious :- Red
delicious is grown at a height 7000 to 9000 ft in India. Fruit size
long, conical, skin yellow with red strips not over the surface,
sweet, juicy, plant vigorous, heavy fruiting, regular bearing,
maturity of fruit start third week of august. good keeping quality.
Rich-a-red Delicious :- The fruit
is approximately same as royal. only the skin color is red blush ,
Bearing comes second month of August.
Red Gold :- It is used as a
Pollinizer for delicious variety. The shape of fruit is round to
slightly oblong, Skin highly red blush, waxy, glossy. Fruit matured at
the month of second week of August. Plant size vigorous, regular
bearing, Excess fruiting, Thing required for fruit size.
Golden Delicious:-Good Pollinizer,
long keeping storing quality, fruit round conical to oblong, greenish
yellow becoming golden yellow, flesh creamy, fine texture, juicy,
suitable for processing, seed are good for germination, plant size
moderate vigorous and spreading, Fruit matured in the week of first
week of September,
Oregon Spur II :- Fruit
is approximately same as royal delicious, only deference the maturity
of fruit 15 days before then royal, Spur type, Plant size small,
Regular bearing. spurs starts 3 years after grafting. Highly
productive, The cultivar is suitable for mid hill and the valley
areas where color development is a problem. Best result in colonel
root stock.
Red Chief:- The charters tic of
are same as Oregon spur-II , The maturity of fruit 10 days before then
royal, Fruit size is big then Oregon spur, Spur type, Plant size
small, Highly productive, Regular bearing. spurs starts 3 years after
grafting. Best for mid hill and the valley areas where color
development is a problem. Best result in colonel root stock
Well Spur:- Whole tree mutation of
Royal Delicious, Spur type, Fruit conical with prominent lobes, red
wash on whole surface, Fruit maturity 15 days before Royal delicious,
Suitable for mid hills and valley areas where color development is a
problem. Best result in colonel root stock.
Silver Spur :- Bud sport of Hi
Early red cultivar and spur type. Fruit conical in shape with
prominent lobes. Skin deep red submerging streaks. Matured 15-20 days
earlier than Royal delicious. Suitable for mid hills and valley areas
where color development is a problem. Best result in colonel root
stock.
Super Chief – Dard red color or
medium to large size then red chief, Spur type, Plant size small,
Highly productive, Regular bearing. spurs starts 3 years after

moderate vigorous and variety also effective for branch grafting for
early pollination effect.
Scarlet Gala :- Fruit medium size,
conical shape and red in color with yellow back round. Yellow white
flesh, crisp and juicy like Golden Delicious. Texture smooth and
spicy sweet flavor. self pollinizer & also helps to other.
Gale Gala :- Fruit medium to
larger size, conical shape and red in color like starking delicious ,
spur type, crisp and juicy . Texture smooth and spicy very very
sweet & good flavor. . self pollinizer & also helps to other
Tideman :- Fruit round, Skin
solid red, Flesh firm, sub acid with pleasant flavor, tree bears
regularly and require at least 3 pickings, good Pollinizer for
delicious cultivars, matured in mid July.

Sweet, yellowish color, Approximately 50 mm dia. stone is sweet.
Less perishable Matured in the second week of June.
Shakarpara :- Fruit freestone,
Sweet like sugar, Green to yellowish color, Approximately 25 mm dia.
stone is sweet. Heavy cropping, Less perishable. Matured in the third
week of June.

July Alberta :- Fruit size medium,
Skin dull red, blushed and streaked on green yellow ground, flesh
yellow, free stone, only slightly red at pit, firm, matured in the
second week of July.
Red haven :- Fruit size medium,
round, skin yellow red to deep red, attractive, tough, pubescence
light to medium, flesh yellow, red at pit, very firm, good quality,
pit large ripens mid June.
Paradelux :- Fruit size
large, round, skin yellow red to deep red, attractive, tough,
pubescence light to medium, flesh yellow, red at pit, very firm, good
quality, pit large ripens last week of June.
Nectarine (Snow Queen) :- Fruit
large size, bright red colored on creamed white background having
smooth surface, flesh white, excellent flavors, cling stone. Fruit
matured in mid June.

Chandler :- Fruit
conical (ovate) to sometime long flat, skin shine, glossy and
attractive, flesh color same as that of the skin and firm throughout.
Plants semi-erect, medium in runner production, self fertile.
